Advised BLG Capital on its sale of the 36-villa Amanruya Bodrum to a Turkish asset-management firm for approximately €72.8 million (€2 million per key).
Advised the İnci Family on the execution of a construction agreement in return for land for the development of 1,080 residential units in the Şanlıurfa Ataşehir Residence Project.
Advised Teklas on the sale of its entire interest in the joint venture Mitsuba Teklas to its Japanese co-venturer Mitsuba Corporation.
